While summer is a great time to unplug and do less, I miss my friends and our weekly gatherings for Bible study, where we talk about growth and draw closer to one another and the Lord. Therefore, beginning Tuesday evening June 12th, I am offering a 5 week DVD driven series called “Present Over Perfect” by Shauna Niequest.
Some ladies are reading the Book Present Over Perfect. Our DVD driven series will be using the STUDY GUIDE by the same name, which has weekly homework, and video notes, etc. You will need to purchase your own book, I find that easiest online. Both Amazon and Christianbook.com have the study guide.
We will meet 6/12/18 at Mel Brown’s House. The following two weeks, 6/19/18, and 6/24/18, we will meet at Diane Hughes’ house. Their addresses are listed below. Our meeting time will be from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and we will try very hard to finish on time. July 3rd is a holiday week, so we will take that Tuesday night off. Then our study will complete the last two weeks at Mel Brown’s house again on 7/10/18 and 7/17/18.

There is also a Friday morning study that is reading through the book of James. This has been an ongoing study, but anyone interested in joining is welcome! They meet Friday mornings from 9-10:30am at Cheri Weber’s home. You can contact Cheri for more info or to join the group!
