You guys! We’re moving in! THIS WEEKEND! How awesome is that? While this is a super exciting time, we wanted to make sure that everyone is aware of a few things…
First of all, the address is 17126 Manchester Road, Wildwood, MO 63040.
No building is perfect, even with all the latest and greatest updates, there are imperfections. Our building is an ongoing project, so please don’t be surprised if you find things that are unfinished or still in progress. This will probably be the norm for a little while. No big deal though! The doors open and close, there is a floor and a roof, there are bathrooms that work and we can meet and shout the name of Jesus freely. Life is pretty darn good. However, we have made a few more updates that these basics.
When you drive in, you will find a freshly paved circle and parking lot. We ask that you do not park in the circle. This is for pick ups and drop offs only. Parking may be tight at times, so we have secured overflow parking just west of the building at Pond Elementary. There will be signs directing you where to go as well as a shuttle service that will run from 9:30am until 11:45am.
The Welcome table is in the upper level Lobby, so make sure to stop by, say hi before heading into the Auditorium.
Service will continue to start at 10am. Donuts and coffee will be served at The Counter starting at 9:30am in the Auditorium. Yes, we can have our refreshments IN SERVICE! Let the shouts of joy resound!
What about Quest Kids? They’re in full swing this Sunday in the clean and renovated Lower Level. Sign-in starts at 9:45am in the Lower Lobby on the lower level at the Quest Kids welcome desk. All kiddos 6 weeks – 6th grade are welcome. You can enter the Lower Level from the side entrance from the parking lot or use the stairs from the upper lobby. The main bathrooms can also be found off the Lower Lobby.
There is a lift available for those that need to get from the lower level to the upper level (or vice versa) and cannot use the stairs. We ask that this is used for only those that need it.
We’re also starting our 10-week summer series “Who Are You?” this Sunday. We will be taking communion and a benevolence offering. Our benevolence offering goes directly to help needs within the community and has made a huge difference in so many lives.
So, we hope to see you this Sunday at the new building!
