This morning’s service is a little different from our usual, as it’s our annual business meeting. Worship and celebrate with us as we look back on the last year and forward to the next year in anticipation of what God has planned for Quest.
Ezra 7 & 8 God’s word transforms people. We’re charged to be a people of community, prayer, integrity, worship and generosity.
Today’s message was a warning about the obsession with and use of money. The main passage came from James 4:13-5:6, but we touched on passages 1 Timothy 6:10, Matthew 6:34 and Deuteronomy 24:14-15.
This morning, we stop our routine so we can look at what God has done in and through Quest… and we say thank you to Him and to those that gave above and beyond to help us on the path that God has laid for us.
Next week will be our Annual Business Meeting that we have during service. We want to celebrate God and His work and focus on Quest’s foci for the next year. There won’t be enough time during the meeting to fully explain everything, so we are taking this service before to explain where we think God…
