A local resale shop run by Rise Together Ministries is in need of donations. Are you spring cleaning and have some items to giveaway? The Rise Together Ministries Resale Shop, located on South Grand in South City, is looking for gently used clothing, shoes, household goods and furniture. They have an overwhelming need for men’s clothing and shoes, specifically.
If you have anything that you’d like to donate, you can bring clothing and small items to Quest on Sunday mornings between April 18th and May 16th. You can place donations in (or next to, if it’s full) the wooden crate in the lobby. If you have large items like furniture, please DO NOT bring them to Quest. We ask that you contact Carl Riebeling (314.330.1462) directly to set up a pick-up time for all larger items.
***Rise Together Ministries is a Christian outreach organization that reaches out to help refugees and inner city neighbors with tutoring programs, communal mentoring, counseling, job development and a clothing and furniture ministry. Pastor Worku Geremew, an Ethiopian immigrant, started and directs the ministry.
