Our church neighbor, the Church of Latter Day Saints, is hosting a blood drive and we have been invited to join in their efforts. While our theology differs quite a bit, our love for our community aligns. It’s no secret that we’re in a bit of a blood shortage at the moment, and it’s important that there is plenty for when emergencies arise. That said, if you’d like to give blood at this drive, you can sign up for a time slot on the American Red Cross’s website. This drive has filled up fairly quickly in the past, so if you’re interested, we encourage you to sign up soon. As an added bonus, all donors will receive an exclusive Red Cross recycled cotton tote bag, while supplies last.
