tI hope you’re well aware by now that Quest is a church that likes to PARTY! We don’t necessarily think that you have to have a specific reason to get together, share some food and have some fun. Last year, we held our first Chili Cook-off that turned out to be a big hit. Last year’s cook-off was so much fun – not to mention delicious -that we’re having another one coming up on Sunday, February 24th. It’ll be an after-service lunch that everyone is welcome to stay to be a part of.
We have a few needs for this event… people to make chili, people to bring sides/salads/desserts and people to eat the aforementioned food.
The sign up for being in the competition has closed, but we need people to come and eat all this amazing chili, as well as, bring a few extras like salads or desserts. We are taking care of the cornbread, sour cream, cheese, chips and drinks!
If you don’t want to enter your chili, that’s perfectly fine. This is a potluck-style lunch, so we need everyone coming to bring a side dish, salad or dessert (or even two!).
