It’s simple really. If you had the opportunity to connect with God as well as the people around you, would you give up a day to do that? We get it, sometimes a specific day just isn’t an option. Sometimes there are things outside of our control that can dictate the schedule for a day or weekend. However, if you were available, there were no other pressing matters on the calendar… what would be stopping you?
The Priscilla Shirer Simulcast on April 8th is just that. It’s an all-day live-streamed women’s conference where ladies gather together, they worship together, they learn together and they grow closer to God as well as each other. The cool, yet also unfortunate, thing is that we don’t know the exact topic that Priscilla will speak on. Just like with the Beth Moore simulcasts through Lifeway, they don’t choose the topic until right before the event to let the Spirit lead the teacher in the topic that will be more impactful for the group. If you’ve attended the Beth Moore events in the past, you know that this has been incredibly effective. If you feel led, please be praying for Priscilla for clarity in her topic and teaching for this event.
The day starts at 8:45am (don’t worry, we will have plenty of coffee flowing and snacks available) and will run through about 4:30pm. We’ll take a lunch break together around 11:30am and head to the lower level to eat and recharge. The Wolf is catering, so you’re in for a treat of a meal that is also included in the price of your ticket.
This full day event is only $25! The women’s committee is working very hard to keep the cost low so as many women as possible can come! The Lord is already blessing this event – we have a few churches from around the area bringing their women’s groups! How exciting is that? All that being said, this event is filling up quickly, so be sure to get your ticket(s) this Sunday before we’re sold out! The last day to register is Sunday, April 2nd, but we’d suggest not waiting that long.
